Review Process
Upon receipt of a valid copyright complaint, MouseEyes may:
- Review the reported content
- Temporarily disable access to the content
- Remove the content from the Profile Library
- Contact the uploader for additional information
- Take additional action as deemed appropriate
Counter-Notification
If content is removed and the uploader believes the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, the uploader may contact MouseEyes and provide information supporting restoration of the content.
MouseEyes may review the information provided and determine whether the content should be restored.
Repeat Infringers
MouseEyes reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke Profile Library privileges for users who repeatedly submit content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
Good-Faith Reporting
Please submit reports only when you genuinely believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated.
Knowingly submitting false or misleading infringement claims may result in delays and may expose the reporting party to legal liability.
